Hadrian Residential Bootcamp is owned and run by Martin Whitaker and Clare Blunt. Martin and Clare work together and compliment each other, by bringing their knowledge, expertise and passion in the fields of fitness, nutrition and mental health to deliver quality products to individuals and groups. They set up Hadrian Residential Bootcamp to share their passion and belief that in order to achieve results it is vital that people address both their physical and mental fitness. They advocate the need to eat a non complicated nutritional diet of fresh produce and to enjoy a level of physical activity to achieve positive health. They see successful weight loss as a positive by-product of this.
Martin Whitaker has built his reputation as a leading results focussed fitness and nutrition expert in the North East and is regularly invited to speak on health, nutrition and exercise. Martin successfully runs his own fitness and nutrition business and is the owner and head coach of a private members gym in the North East. Martin consistently provides the information and guidance needed to ensure his clients achieve maximum results, whether the goal is weight loss, building strength, or a specific sporting event, etc. His approach to nutrition is to enjoy food by eating a diet full of natural goodness, without the need for faddy diets or gimmick products.
